Many smartphone users are suffering from storage or memory problem. Basically, the internal memory rapidly got full in those mobiles which don't have micro SD card. Due to the lack of space, users become problem suffered to capture photo shot and side by side installing new apps and updates.
For solving such memory problem, smartphone users should follows steps.
1) Clear Cache and Data
To clear cache and data follow following steps.
- Go to Setting
- Go to Apps Management
- Click at any App Icon.
- Go to Storage
- Click at "Clear data" and "Clear cache".Another way

- then click at "Yes".
2) Move Apps to Micro SD cards
Many users don't know that the apps directly installed form google play store can be moved to micro SD cards. For this use following steps:
- Go to setting
- Go to apps manager
- click any apps icon.
- Click at "Move to SD card"
3) Use Google Photos.
If cards and internal memory are not enough to store your data, there is another option for you. Google provides to their users about 16 GB space for free, where users can store photo up to 16 megapixels and High Difination (HD) videos as well.
For this use following steps :
- Open Google Photos
- Click at "Yes log in"
- Go to setting
- Choose "Auto backup over WiFi".
4) Use Lite apps
Like Facebook, Messenger, Youtube got installed in internal memory and got updated automatically. From the update these apps capture more space portion of the memory. But such apps also have their lite version available in play store. Lite version takes less space. Likewise, lite apps didn't get automatically update, that's why it didn't affect the speed of your smartphones.
5) Use Cloud Storage
Users can shift their data to cloud storage application such as Dropbox, One Drive and Google Drive. These cloud storage are safe and free. Here users can storage date for forever and use them while necessary.
That's why we should be also careful about RAM and Internal Storage while purchasing Mobile Phones.
